The Varsity Football team defeated Pacifica High School by a lopsided score of 53-6. Millikan was dominant early and late. The offense was the key in this game. Most of the year, the Millikan offense found itself making big plays, and bad plays, consistently teetering two steps forward and one step back. But the chemistry for the team has been great all season, and they were due for a strong performance all four quarters. Last Friday, they got it. QB Qeanu Campbell-Caldwell led the way with 4 TD’s and 232 yards passing. He was supported by great plays by receivers Nathan Martinez, Zach Martin, Dylan Davis, and Jayden Davis. In addition to the aerial attack, Millikan was proficient on the ground. Senior running back Qu’Juan Campbell ran for over 100 yards and also had three TD’s. It was a complete performance. This is a great sign for the Rams as they will face a very tough Culver City team that scores a lot of points and has beaten some good teams. Millikan will play in the quarterfinal game at Dehaven Stadium, kick off at 7:30pm. Come out and support the team.
